Uwell Caliburn G coils work with the following:
Caliburn G & Caliburn G Pods
Caliburn Koko Prime Kit
Caliburn G2 & Caliburn G2 Pods
Uwell Caliburn X
1.2Ω & 1.0Ω: Best for a restricted Mouth-to-Lung vape similar to smoking.
0.8Ω: Best for vapour and a more airy vape.
1.2Ω: 9 - 13W
1.0Ω: 10 - 15W
0.8Ω: 13 - 18W
What e-liquid can you use with the Caliburn G pods?
The 1 Ω coils are best used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio in the region of 50:50, such as Halo Vapour Co.
The 0.8 Ω coils can be used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio between 50:50 to 70:30.
What is the difference between mesh and regular coils?
Mesh coils maximise the surface area of the coil to the e-liquid. This ensures better heat dissipation, making it ideal for higher wattages, and ensures increased vapour and flavour.
What is a Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) vape?
In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs. See MTL v DL for more information.
How long does the coil last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, such as the 0.8 Ω coil, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as higher resistance coils such as the 1 Ω coil.
You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see product care), by using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios, by not going above the recommended wattage and by topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, these coils should last anything from one to several weeks.
